If you ever consider getting a brazilian here because it's cheap, don't. I used to frequent this place but since the other waxers have left, Karen has been awful. I have had her maybe 3 or 4 times and every time not only did she ignore any requests I had (or she was too incompetent to follow them) but she actually makes it hurt more than a brazilian should, which is already a fair bit. I have been getting brazilians for 10 years so I tried letting her know what works best for me, but she continued to smile politely and ignore it all. Also they do not let you know about the current parking situation or tell you that if you are a minute late you will have to reschedule - eg. driving from Hawthorn and then having your appointment cancelled because you couldn't find a park and having to drive back. I do not recommend.
